You’ll have several one-on-one interviews, plus a group interview, and a role-playing exercise. For the role-play, you'll get some info to review first. You'll have 30 minutes to look it over, make choices, and get ready. Then, you'll act like a consultant and talk with staff who will be acting like clients.

Behavioral

It was a long interview process with many steps. I thought it was pretty fair. The recruiter was helpful and quick to respond. They asked standard questions about past experiences. I felt like I did well, but I didn't get the job. They didn't say why.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was fairly straightforward and focused on competency-based questions, specifically concerning business psychology and talent assessment for consultants. They were interested in assessing your experience across different industries and internationally, your background with data and assessment content creation, and your involvement in assessment and development centres. While experience with coaching is beneficial, it's not a mandatory requirement.

  • Can you describe your experience in designing assessments?
