The process was really structured. First, there was a phone call with HR and the hiring manager. Then, an MS Teams interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was an in-person role-play for the management team, and they also did some psychometric assessments.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was super positive because SHL's own research and assessments were used. I was kept in the loop about what to expect next, including a telephone interview, assessment, and in-person interview. I liked that I could do the psychometric tests on my phone, and the questions and instructions for both those and the cognitive tests were clear. The interviewers were helpful, friendly, and knew their stuff, making me feel ready for the interview stages. The assessment and interview results will help with my onboarding and future development in the role. Overall, a great experience.
