Account Manager
I was first contacted through Linkedin about the opportunity then went through first screening with a very nice professional HR person. I was then asked to complete three of their recruitment and personality assessments online.
- Three distinct online assessments covering recruitment and personality were administered via their platform.
Account Manager
A recruitment agency reached out and set up an initial call with the Hiring Manager. It was mostly a chance for me to ask about the role and SHL. Then, there was a more standard interview focusing on my background and work preferences. After that, I completed three online psychometric tests at my own pace. Next, I had to do a pitch presentation and a role-play, which was actually quite fun, and the manager was really supportive. A final chat with the Hiring Manager and MD led to an offer, and the whole process took about two weeks.
- What is your motivation for wanting this specific role?
- Could you describe what drives you?
- What are your preferred methods for learning new things?
Account Manager
The interview process started with a Talent Acquisition call, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. Then there was a Peer to Peer interview. After that, a presentation was required, where the instructions were pretty vague, just to present something I know like it was for a C-level management panel. The final stage was an interview with the Managing Director. While the recruiter was really nice, and everyone was pleasant, a big downside was the lack of feedback after declining a candidate, even when asked. This seems odd for a company focused on HCM.
