Graduate Trainee
It kicked off with an online aptitude test, covering logic and basic tech stuff. Then, there was a technical round where they asked me about Java, debugging, and automation. After that, an HR interview checked my communication, goals, and if I'd fit in. Once I passed those, I got a Letter of Intent and then the final confirmation of my Joining Date. The whole thing was pretty smooth, clear, and done in about two weeks.
- Could you explain how you'd design and automate a test case for a login page?
- What's the distinction between regression testing and smoke testing?
- How do you manage a situation when an automation test script fails unexpectedly?
Python Developer
First, you submit your resume and then recruiters screen it. After that, there's an HR interview, which is a call to chat about your background, if you want the job, what you want to make, and when you can start. There might be an online test too, to see if you've got the tech skills and smarts. Then come the tech rounds, where they check your main skills like coding and design. If they need more, there's a second tech round with tougher problems or system design stuff. The manager will then chat with you about your experience, how you handle hard stuff, and if you fit the team and company vibe. After that, a behavioral/HR round to check your soft skills and how you deal with things like conflict, using questions like 'Tell me about a time when...'. Sometimes, you might have to do a case study or give a presentation. Finally, a senior person might chat with you to make sure you're aligned with the company values. If you get the job, they'll give you an offer with details on pay and benefits, and then do background checks before you start.

First, we'll check your resume to make sure you've got the right experience and skills. Then, we'll do a quick chat over the phone or email just to confirm you're available and meet the basic requirements. After that, it's the first round where we'll talk about your customer service and communication skills, and maybe give you a quick test to see how you handle emails or chats. The second round is all about problem-solving and how you'd handle actual customer situations, with a role-play. We'll also check if you know our tools or systems. Lastly, the final round is with a senior manager to make sure you're a good fit for the team and company values, and we'll chat about what you can expect and the work environment.
