Super nice interview process with a very attentive recruiter who took the time to explain the job, the expectations, the company's organization and services. She was smiling, kind, and encouraging. There's a possibility for training with Shiva if you need to improve your skills.

The JPMC interview experience was pretty organized and went smoothly. First, there was an online test covering data structures, algorithms, and Java basics. Then, technical interviews that looked at solving real-world problems, OOPs concepts, and basic system design. An HR interview checked my communication skills, how I work in a team, and if I'd fit into the company culture. Practicing coding regularly, explaining things clearly, and being confident were super important to get through the stages.

We had a first call with the recruitment officer, who was super professional and nice. Then, a remote interview with the same person. Finally, an in-person interview with my manager (+2). I found them to be a good listener, although I felt a bit of judgment about the new generation.

The interview process starts with an aptitude test to check your logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability. Then, there's a group discussion where you'll talk about current topics or case studies to show communication, teamwork, and leadership. Next, a technical interview will test your subject knowledge, coding skills, and how you solve technical problems. After that, a managerial round will look at your decision-making, project management, and how you handle real-world situations. Finally, an HR round will focus on your attitude, cultural fit, and salary negotiation.
