First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
Administrative Coordinator
Had a 15 minute phone call with the recruiter. They went over my resume and background, asked about my skills and how they relate to the role, and why I want to work in healthcare.
- Are you familiar with Shirley Ryan Ability Lab?
- Tell me about your background.
- What was your last role?
Administrative Coordinator
Submitted an application online. Had a phone chat with HR. Then went in for an in-person interview with three individuals. It was odd because two of them didn't seem to have a clear connection to the job description, which, looking back, was a sign of future issues with who I'd report to and what my exact responsibilities would be.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
Administrative Coordinator
They mainly needed someone to cover 2nd shift and rotating weekends. They also needed someone with experience using Epic Systems as their facility does not utilize this EHR system and required support with transitioning their patient portals through each system.
- Do you have any experience with Epic Systems?
