In Store Shopper
So like four years back, the whole process was basically just filling out some forms, making sure you had a car that worked good and they checked your license. Then they sent this link, and you had to answer like three questions on video. After that, you just waited to hear if they were gonna hire you.
- Tell me about an accomplishment you're proud of.
Personal Shopper
I applied on their website and got an online interview invitation via email within an hour. The interview took about 15 minutes and included questions with a couple of recorded responses. It was a bit strange at first, but I ended up liking it because it was fast and simple! I heard back the same day via email and was told they would contact me when a position opened up in my area.
- How would you handle a situation where a customer's desired item is out of stock?
Personal Shopper
After you submit your personal information, you'll be given a set of questions to answer. Then, you'll need to record a video of yourself asking questions, with a 180-second time limit for all three recordings.
- In your video recording, please discuss an instance where you exceeded expectations to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Could you explain how you plan to integrate Shipt into your existing schedule?
- What are three key qualities and traits you bring that qualify you for this position?
