The interview process was kind of a mess. Some people were nice, but others really lacked people skills. It was weird to have interviewers ask odd questions, making me wonder if they'd actually be good colleagues. Even worse, after I'd gone through three rounds, the manager mentioned there were internal discussions about whether the job was even needed. They should have been upfront about that from the start to save everyone time. It makes the company look bad.

- The interview process was unpleasant. Several people were very personable and several people had limited people skills. Some of them asked questions that were just odd for an interview to the point that it made me uncomfortable thinking that some of these people may be future workers. What's even worse is that apparently after the interview, the manager noted that there were some internal issues about whether the position was even necessary. And they only noted that once you get through three rounds of interviews. I wish they were upfront about all of that so that it saves everyone time. It also reflects really poorly on the company.

Don't waste your time with this company. After the final round, the recruiter went ghost for two weeks and then denied me. It was a waste of time and energy. Seriously, do you want to work for a company that can't even give you an update within a week of your interview?
