There were a lot of candidates. The whole day was taken up by the interview process. There were 8 different rooms, with 3 employers in each room. Each room we interviewed for 15 minutes. After the whole process was finished, all the candidates and employers went out to eat.

After meeting the recruiter at a career fair, I got invited for an interview the next morning. About two weeks later, I was asked to come back for an in-person interview with the whole office. They paid for my flight and hotel to Oakland, which was nice. The interview with the team was short, with about 5 minutes per person. I didn't accept because the offer of $1000 per week, before taxes, wasn't enough for the Bay Area. Many employees lived in Sacramento and commuted 1.5 hours, which wasn't ideal for my family. When I declined, the recruiter didn't respond, which I found unprofessional and confirmed my decision.

It was a great time and they know how to have fun. There were about 10 short interviews with two or more people, and everyone they pretty much just asked "Tell me about yourself." Later they took us to the Lakers game, where you were able to network with the guys more. Overall it was a great experience, but this company isn't for everyone. I kinda got the feel that they try to make it out to be fun all the time and work isn't like that. Overall great guys, fun atmosphere, not for everyone, but check them out.

Interview with project manager asked about my course and projects, my experience. Nothing related to the resume. Just about my masters degree. But when I follow up, the HR is not replying to my mails. Keep your introduction short and on point.
