Customer Analyst
The interview process began with an initial screening call, followed by a second-round behavioral interview with the hiring manager. The process moved quite rapidly, and communication with HR was satisfactory. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect. The hiring manager was late for the interview, joined from a noisy restaurant via phone, and appeared completely uninterested. This was quite discouraging, especially since the recruiter initiated contact and I had prepared thoroughly. I decided to withdraw from the process and provided my feedback. It was a rather unprofessional presentation. While I have a current job I enjoy, I was simply curious about the role. It's puzzling why they would approach candidates and then subject them to such an experience.

Business Operations
Got reached out to because they liked my experience and thought I might be a fit for some roles that might be opening up soon. Had a few interviews that seemed to go well. The main interviewer reached out and said it didn't seem like I was the best fit for the ones they had in mind, but they enjoyed the conversation and would reach out if there was another role that made sense. Honestly, I appreciated that he reached out early in the process to let me know that they liked me but I was not going to get an offer for that role, and it was up to me whether I wanted to keep talking to them and see if there was another role. With the way other interview processes have gone, and people ghosting candidates all the time, I appreciated the straightforward responses.

I had an initial chat with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Then, I was given a case study to work on. After that, a case review with the hiring manager was scheduled. However, they missed the first meeting, which was rescheduled. Then they missed the second meeting too. Finally, I was able to present the case, but the interviewer was 10 minutes late, didn't seem engaged, and ended the call after only 15 minutes. It was a bad experience overall, and I can't recommend it.

Admin Assistant
I met with the executive assistant first, and that went pretty well. Then I had a take-home task to do. After that, I went in person to their office. I interviewed with one VP. Then I was supposed to interview with the head of finance, but she was in another meeting. So, the executive assistant took me for a walk around the Oculus while she grabbed a smoothie for the CEO. She told me about how she had to redecorate the CEO's office a few times because he wasn't happy with it. She also asked me some strange questions about my current job, like if I knew anyone who had been fired. After that, I met with the VP of finance, and she was quite nice.
