It starts off kinda messy and ends up confusing. It was a group interview for about 20 mins. They asked 'where are you from?' and 'what do you do?'. Then they told most people to leave and told the rest (around 4 or 5 ppl) that they were now 'shiftgig’s New ambassadors'!

I applied online and got emails to schedule a FaceTime interview with a specialist. After that, they invited me to a live orientation in Chicago. There, I met with a group led by Tiffany, a ShiftGig veteran. We took a quiz and then were hired. The whole thing took about a week, and the people were really professional in a cool, laid-back office.

I went into a room with about 15 other people for what was basically a mass interview. The interviewer asked everyone questions about their past experience and hypothetical "what if" scenarios. We all had to answer in front of the group. Afterwards, he left and came back to dismiss half the people. The rest of us continued, got our picture taken, and then waited for the offer email.
