I was sent an invite for a phone screening, but the interviewer never showed up and didn't respond to follow-up emails. This happened to others too. Then, a week later, I got a rejection letter, even though no interview actually took place.

So, I was already doing an internship with the company and when I graduated, I applied for a full-time position. The first step was a quick chat with HR, maybe 10 minutes. Then I had a technical interview with the hiring manager that went for a little over an hour. After that, if I made it to the finalist stage, I had about 3 hours of interviews with the rest of the team. Because I was already working there, the whole process was pretty straightforward for me.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First I talked to HR, then a tech team, and finally a managerial team. They all seemed like nice people, would have been fun to work with. The tech team asked me some C# questions, and the others asked basic behavioral questions. It was actually pretty enjoyable for interviews. But, it was a negative experience because I got ghosted after. It sucks to be really excited about a job, have 3 interviews, and then hear nothing. I followed up after three weeks and just got a form letter saying they weren't interested.
