So first I had a chat with HR, then I shadowed the store, and finally I had a sit down with a really cool team member. They sent over an offer after that. The HR person totally ghosted me after I said yes and turned down other jobs. Like, I waited months to hear back and then the exec team member hit me up asking if I was ready to start. Super frustrating. If the HR person had been better, I would have taken the job, but nope, I got another offer because I never heard back from them.

Got a recruiter screening first, then went on to the next steps. It's a 5-stage hiring process with job application testing to check skills and abilities. There was a technical interview, a behavioral interview, a panel interview, and then a final interview.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. First, I had a chat with a recruiter who wanted to know my motivations and what I knew about the company. Then, I went to the store where I'd be working. They gave me a tour and explained what the daily tasks would be like. After that, I met with the store manager. The final step was a Zoom interview with the district sales manager.
