The process was very smooth. It started with a call with the recruiter. After that, if selected, I went to the corporate office and then to the store I would be training at. There, I would learn about the store, its processes, how it runs, and how to manage the POS system. I would also work with contractors and learn to make products.

Got an email to set up a phone screen with HR. Then, had a Teams meeting with the hiring manager and a team member. The last round was a Teams meeting with the hiring manager and the director of the department. Got the offer a few days later.

I interviewed over the phone for about 40 minutes. Then I went into the office for a second meeting with the sales DM or leader for an hour. After that, they sent me to a training store for 2 hours the following week. They emailed me the benefits package, and then... ghosted me! I followed up 3 times with the hiring manager (email & calls). I even called the district manager directly, who I had met in person. He said, 'Oh yeah, we're behind you, you'll get an email this week.' Nothing!
