I already had some skepticism about interviewing with the manager. I saw similar positions posted here and decided to proceed anyway. It turned out to be exactly as another user described: the manager seemed rude, making faces when the answers weren't what she wanted. Still, I'm glad she gave her final decision at the end of the interview, though not very discreetly. I think it was for the fixed asset or insurance team.

Initially, things moved fast and smoothly. However, after that, they went silent for several weeks, nearly two months. The only update I got from the Talent Acquisition Team was that before the final stage, the hiring manager wanted to interview more candidates to bring them, along with me, to the final interview with him and his boss. At that point, based on their feedback, I was the top candidate. Then, after this extended waiting period, they informed me they had hired someone else who was less expensive. It was a very unprofessional way to handle things.

I applied online via a recruiting website. The HR interviewed first, then the team leader. Right after that, they decide to recruit me and the HR person got back to negotiate salary. They mainly asked simple and common questions. They want to know if you are suitable to that position or not
