Attended a spring career fair where I learned about Sherwin-Williams and the Internal Auditor position. The recruiter was impressed and asked if I could interview the next day, but I wasn't available. We scheduled an interview for after the fair. The first interview went very well and was immediately followed by a second interview with a supervisor. I was impressed to learn the recruiters would be my direct supervisors.

I spoke with three supervisors. It wasn't too hard, just make sure you know your background info and research the role. It was mostly behavioral and leadership questions. They want clear, concise examples. This is an independent role, so you need to show you can manage your workload alone and be dependable and sufficient working remotely from the corporate office.

It started with a quick call from the HR manager. About a week later, I got a call saying I was selected for the next interview at the main office. There, I met with two supervisors and a manager, and each of those interviews lasted about 30 minutes. They also mentioned that for the internal field audit role, I need to be open to relocating.
