I had back-to-back interviews with two different people, and each lasted for an hour. It was a very detailed in-person interview. They asked a lot of questions, and even threw in a curveball that I wasn't sure how it fit, maybe just to keep me from being nervous.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process began with a hiring supervisor phone screen. If you passed that, you then went on to have three interviews on the same day, back-to-back, each lasting 30 minutes. The first two interviews felt good, but the last one was not so great; you could tell the interviewer was not interested. Having three interviews consecutively on the same day was quite strange and made my head feel like it was going to explode.

Behavioral

The interview took 3 hours and was focused on behavioral and situational questions. I liked the process because it allowed them to assess how consistent my answers were. Three supervisors conducted the interview, asking many situational questions to gauge how I handle them.
