The interview process involved meeting with district administrators (principals) and the instructional team. It felt fair and was a quick and straightforward process. They were looking to understand my level of experience. I would recommend interviewing with them.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got an interview after applying for a teaching job and was told I was being considered for 6th grade Math, which I didn't apply for and don't want to teach. I interviewed with the Principal, Assistant Principal, and two other staff members. Even though I didn't want to interview for this specific role, I stayed. We had standard behavioral questions and then a role-play where I had to solve 3 math problems and then teach one to a student. The Principal wasn't very friendly, but everyone else was nice. It felt unorganized.
