The interview process kicked off with a stage one interview by Shaw HR representatives at the recruiting agency to check for fit and experience. After passing that, I had a follow-up interview at the Shaw office, which had two parts: first with HR, and then with a supervisor. After the second interview, the HR rep asked for my ID and made a copy. Two days later, I received an employment letter. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.

I got a call from them. They seemed really interested in my resume, skills, and experience. But, the fact that I'm a full-time student, even though I'm applying for a part-time job, made them decide not to move forward with the interview. Their reason was that they need full-time availability for the training period, which I think lasts about 3 weeks.
