The interview process involves one 1-hour non-technical meeting with the hiring manager and team. There are no coding rounds. The process is usually quite easy and straightforward, with candidates receiving feedback within 24 hours, sometimes the very next day. Having an internal referral significantly helps.

Technical Behavioral

It seems like Shaw really values solid software development practices. I was hit with some unexpected technical questions designed to gauge my knowledge and how I'd cope with unknowns. The interview felt a bit scattered; I'm not sure if it was a planned approach or just the panel going off-script. It felt like it covered a lot of ground.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was pretty chill and friendly. They asked questions nicely. I only did the first interview, which was an hour long and had both behavioral and technical parts. They mostly asked about my past jobs and what I'm interested in. There were questions about different work scenarios. After that, I was given a scenario-based problem to solve, but I'd already accepted another job by then, so I didn't do it.
