Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone interview and they said I met standards, moving me to a 1 on 1. I was supposed to meet a supervisor but met whoever was available. They kept me waiting 30 mins. The interviewer seemed like she was having a bad day, didn't know who I was, and didn't want my resume. It felt rushed. The rest of the process was smooth. I asked about the decision timeline and was told I was a good addition and they'd reply in 48 hours. Then I got a rejection, saying I wasn't a good fit. The interviewer stepped out during the interview to get something for her throat because she was coughing a lot. The interview lasted over an hour, and I was told I was a really good fit. Two hours after leaving, I got a call saying they weren't moving forward. I've been a Shaw customer for years but I'm rethinking that now because of how they treat applicants. They keep you guessing and give false hope. Shaw in Vancouver seems like a bad place to work; you either have to be super accommodating to get hired, or they judge you on ethnicity. I've heard people who cursed got hired, while positive, energetic, and professional people don't. How does that make sense?

Behavioral Technical

So my interview was back in 2008, way earlier than the site lets me pick. I don't recall if I had a phone screen, but sometimes the first chat is over the phone. There were 3 interviews total. The first was usually with a supervisor, the second with a different supervisor or maybe two, and the last one was with the department manager and a supervisor. They took their time getting back to me between interviews and after the last one to offer me the job. I think this was because they were building a new sales team then and I ended up being the first one they hired for it.
