I had a recruiter call first, then a technical round. It was pretty straightforward and conversational. The interviewer went over my resume, talked about each project, and asked specific questions about the technologies, design choices, and trade-offs I made.

I interviewed for two different positions, and both had between 5 to 7 interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. For the first role, it took several weeks to get a final decision. For the second one, I never heard back at all. If I go through 5-7 interviews, I expect to at least get a 'no' rather than just silence. I thought the interviews themselves went pretty well, but not getting any feedback is not acceptable.

Technical Behavioral

I went through a quick round of four interviews, each an hour long with no breaks. The interviewers were a mix, including 'senior' product developers with less than a year at the company and the VP of product development. After waiting a few weeks, I got a verbal offer but no written confirmation, even though I pretty much accepted. I never heard back after the offer call. I sent several emails and got no response. It was a really unprofessional experience, honestly. AVOID THEM.
