The hiring process starts with an email screening, followed by an online form to check availability and ask a few questions about your past experiences. Then, there's a technical interview. The whole thing usually takes about 1-3 weeks, and you'll hear back about a week after the interview.

Applied and was contacted quickly to start the interview process. Within a week, completed 2 phone/video interviews and a morning of in-person interviews. The company was very responsive and the process felt positive, like they valued my interest. However, they went silent for a month before finally rejecting me, which was a disappointing end after a seemingly great start.
