The process was very thorough, and communication was fast and useful, though it became a little inconsistent towards the end. Overall, it was a positive experience with quite a few interview stages involved.

I've had two bad experiences with Sharkninja. The latest was an automated Calendly email for an interview, which I almost missed because it went to junk mail. The recruiter rescheduled the meeting two minutes after it was supposed to start, again with no heads-up. I suggested the next day instead of their proposed time, but never heard back even after chasing them twice. They ghosted the meeting and I haven't heard from them since. The other time, about 2 years ago, the recruiter called me 2 months after I applied (I was already in a new job) and said they accidentally put my CV in the 'no pile' and asked if I was still interested. That earlier experience came to mind with this recent one, and it gives me a bad overall impression of the company and its recruiters.

The HR was pretty unorganized. I got scheduled for a second round with the hiring manager when I had already talked to him. I made it to the final round, meeting with 4 people, but then HR ghosted me and didn't even send a basic response. It really makes you wonder if you want to work here.
