Got an interview pretty fast after applying online. Kinda weird that the HR people talking to me were interns too, not actual employees. Also, most people there seemed super young, like fresh grads. Not sure if there was just one round for my role since they didn't mention any next steps after the interview. They asked about my resume and how I'd deal with made-up scenarios. It's been ages and no reply, which seems to be a thing here based on other intern reviews, even for folks who got offers. All in all, the interview process wasn't the most organized or professional.

This was a long and winding interview process. They didn't stick to the dates they had agreed to for making decisions. I was told in writing that I was their first choice for a position, but then I wasn't chosen for it. A few weeks later, they offered me a much lower position in the company. The interviewers didn't really seem to know what the position and its duties were supposed to be, and the HR team was unprofessional. The whole process took 3 months.
