Senior Product Design Engineer
First up was a chat with the Recruitment Manager, then a call with the team's Hiring Manager. After that, I went in for an in-person interview at their office where I met with the hiring manager and had to present my design task.
- How would you handle requirements that change often?
Product Design Engineer
The first step was a recruiter call, which was surprisingly quick and pleasant, lasting maybe 30 minutes. The interviewer was professional and made me feel comfortable. It was a pretty standard screening, covering the usual bases. Then I had a technical screen where they asked me to dive deep into my Capstone project, focusing on the engineering and design parts. They seemed really interested in the technical details and how I approached the problem. Overall, it was a well-executed, standard screening process.
- Could you share your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell me about your Capstone project, specifically the engineering and design elements.
