Behavioral Technical

The first step was a recruiter call, which was surprisingly quick and pleasant, lasting maybe 30 minutes. The interviewer was professional and made me feel comfortable. It was a pretty standard screening, covering the usual bases. Then I had a technical screen where they asked me to dive deep into my Capstone project, focusing on the engineering and design parts. They seemed really interested in the technical details and how I approached the problem. Overall, it was a well-executed, standard screening process.
