Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SharkNinja.
Analyst
First, a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, a behavioral chat with the hiring manager. After that, an analytical case interview with the hiring manager and team, where I had two days to prepare and build a presentation.
- Have you presented your analysis to key business stakeholders before?
Analyst
There were two virtual interviews back to back. They hired me within 4 hours after the interview. Don't apply on the website. It's hard to get a hold of HR. You need to be patient with the process, they might make you wait for weeks.
- Can you discuss research methodologies, with a focus on the CPG industry?
Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a 15-minute recruiter call, then a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a take-home case assessment that took about 2-3 days to complete. The final stage was a 1-hour panel interview where I also had to present my case. They really care about company values and look for people who are willing to put in extra effort.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded the expectations of your role?
