The interview process was short. First, there was a 20-minute chat with the store manager where they asked behavioural questions and talked about my past jobs. After that, they tested my hard skills by having me do a task and then rating my performance.

I first applied, and then they did a quick screening to see my availability, where I'd like to work, and my schedule. After that, I had a quick, casual interview, either online or in person. They asked me why I wanted to work there, about my customer service skills, how I work with others, and if I could work shifts, including weekends and holidays. If they picked me, I got some basic training before starting.
