Training Executive
The hiring process was simple and quick. I applied and got an interview offer just 3 days later. The interview was in person and included a basic hygiene course registration. I was onboarded within 2 weeks. After that, there was a week of training, and then I had to pass a final barista test. An outlet manager then provided in-store training.
