Account Manager
Got an email to interview 2 days after applying. Interviewed 4 days later. The interviewer seemed sincere and gave me good feedback during the conversation. 2 days after the interview, I got a generic email saying I wasn't moving forward. I thanked them for the chance and asked for feedback, but didn't get a response.
- What makes you want to work at Sharebite?
Account Manager
So the first interview was pretty straightforward. I had a good chat with the person who would be my manager if I got the job, and they said I'd move on to the next stage. The second interview seemed to go well in my view, and they told me I'd hear back within a few days. After two days, I got a generic rejection email from a no-reply address saying they were moving forward with other candidates. It was disappointing since I'd already done two interviews, and then I got ghosted when I asked for feedback from the contact person.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Account Manager
It started with a chat with the department manager. Then I had to do a homework assignment, I think it was to show how I'd handle a tricky work situation. Finally, I had a call with the department director. The whole thing took less than 3 weeks.
