The first step was a phone interview where I was asked about my past jobs, what salary I wanted, why I applied, my general background, how I found out about the company, and some other common stuff. I passed that and then had another interview. This time I met with the regional sales trainer who told me more about what the job entails. Then, I had to sell something from my bag right then and there – definitely dress in a suit with closed-toe shoes, preferably heels. After that, I met with the store manager. We talked about similar things, and they seemed really focused on my personality. They kept asking if I was okay with closing sales and handling objections.

First, they'll give you a call for a phone screen where they'll ask general questions about when you're free, why you applied here, your salary expectations, why you think you're a good fit, and other similar stuff. Then, you'll have an in-person interview with the assistant store manager, followed by a final interview with either the store manager or the regional director. If you get through all that, they'll call you with an offer.

You gotta apply in person first! Once you get your foot in the door and talk to a manager, you're pretty much on your way. It's usually 3 rounds with two assistant managers and the main store manager. Make sure you dress sharp and be nice to the folks already working there and any shoppers.
