Applied on fastjob and got a reply within an hour. The recruiter was professional and explained the job scope in detail. As a Singaporean Permanent Resident, I was worried about language barriers, but the recruiter was patient and spoke slowly when I didn't understand. Overall, it was a great interview experience. The recruiter's process was good and detailed, helping me understand the job well before joining and giving me time to consider if it's a good fit before committing.

The hiring manager was really nice, but it looks like they aren't really hiring anyone. I feel like they wasted my time with the interview, even though I answered all the questions perfectly and have experience. I didn't get an update on time, and I thought I had the job, so I canceled another job I had lined up. Now I just checked, and it says I’m no longer under consideration. I received an email saying they chose someone else, but the application is still open, and you can still apply and get an interview. This was in Forest Hills, NY.

Applied online to a specific location through their website, which involved creating an account, uploading documents, filling out forms, and answering diversity questions. After three weeks, received an email invitation to an open interview session happening two days later, with no alternative times offered. This suggested my initial application wasn't reviewed. The open interview required providing the same information again, as no one had reviewed my resume beforehand. The interview, lasting about 20 minutes, started with 'tell me about yourself' and included questions about resolving customer issues. This process is similar to what other companies like Whole Foods do.

  • Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
  • Can you describe an instance where you resolved a customer's problem?
