I had to go to the Shack Shack at the Mall of America. They asked me some questions like why I thought it was a good fit and if I deserved the job. I had to wait a bit, then sign some papers, but they never got back to me.

I had my first interview with the manager and it went well, so I was called for a second interview. For the second interview, I met with his boss and a shift leader. It was not a professional experience. I had to wait 15 minutes at a table before they spoke to me and it was actually the shift lead stalling for the boss. After the second interview, they told me they would call me the next day with a job offer, but they never called.

Applied on fastjob and got a reply within an hour. The recruiter was professional and explained the job scope in detail. As a Singaporean Permanent Resident, I was worried about language barriers, but the recruiter was patient and spoke slowly when I didn't understand. Overall, it was a great interview experience. The recruiter's process was good and detailed, helping me understand the job well before joining and giving me time to consider if it's a good fit before committing.

There were 7 interviews in total, including an on-site in New York, a personality test, and references. After the 4th interview, it felt like they were dragging it out. More and more interview rounds were added without clear info on when it would end or when a decision would be made. After 5 weeks, I was rejected with no feedback, and the job was reposted the next day. They really want people in the office, so if you're interviewing at the home office, I'd suggest not asking about flexibility or working one day less in office.
