Project Manager
They were very kind in the interview, so I highly recommend you try applying for their openings. It's been a fast and easy process. If you're interested in the position, go for it.
- Tell me about your previous experience, as well as the studies you completed in the past.
Project Manager
I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn about a Project Manager Clinops role. After they looked at my CV, we scheduled a call. Following the HR call, I had to do some tests which took about 4 hours. Then there were two more interviews after the HR one. The whole process took less than a week. After that, it went silent for over a month. I even tried to get feedback from HR after 3 weeks, but they ignored me. Unexpectedly, after more than a month, they asked if I was still interested and proposed a fourth interview with the head of Project Management. The day after that interview, I got an email with positive feedback and that they wanted to move forward with a salary offer. To do this, they asked for my current salary details. I disagreed with this practice and told them I was still open to finding a mutually agreeable solution. This was followed by another period of silence, ending with a cold email stating that due to organizational changes, they could no longer offer me the position. It felt like a waste of my time with 4 interviews and a 4-hour test, and the HR process was really unprofessional, suggesting poor company management.
- What motivates you to pursue a career as a Project Manager?
- What are your reasons for leaving your current position?
- Describe your strategies for managing stress.
Project Manager
I had an interview with I.G. To describe the company: The first time they didn't show up because they forgot, saying they were at lunch. We scheduled a second interview where they sold me how cool they are, how 'special' they are, and how they are different from others. I interviewed with the Head of the Area and then they disappeared. This shows how 'special' and better than others they are. Anyway: a Swiss company with a typical Spanish lazy mentality. My advice is not to waste time with these people, long and cumbersome processes that lead to nothing.
