- Quais foram suas maiores realizações profissionais?
Area Manager
I had applied for a branch manager job. The recruiter reached out and I had a phone interview that lasted about an hour for that role. Then, I got referred to the Regional VP who I would have reported to. I went in for a 2-hour interview with the Regional VP and another regional manager. They told me about a company reorganization that created new area manager roles, and I was offered the position of Upper Inland Area Manager, overseeing parts of Regions.
- Can you describe your experience managing operations, labs, and people?
- What is your desired level of involvement in lab work?
Business Operations Manager
I had an interview with the geomarket manager and the director of industrial operations. We met at a hotel, and it was quick. I had to explain my operations background and my entire career history. I think they were impressed, but the company's business wasn't doing well due to previous management issues. The process was easy, and they offered me what I wanted, but I'm questioning if it was the right move from SLB. I'm looking for a better company or want to go back to SLB.
- Can you describe your experience and knowledge?
