The entire interview process was conducted remotely via TEAMS. They send an invite, and it's completely private, just you and the interviewer. They ask about your experience and previous roles. After the remote interview, there's an interview with the area manager, which is also remote and very relaxed. It's great to talk with people who don't put psychological pressure on you and are open to conversation.

It was a normal interview process, nothing mysterious, actually very relaxed, I have nothing to complain about, the recruiters made me feel comfortable. They asked about my family, previous job, what my goal was, my strengths and weaknesses.

Technical Behavioral

I was contacted by a contract company for an interview at the lab. I wasn't given much info beforehand, just the contract pay and hours. We started with a lab tour, then I interviewed with three managers. They asked some basic technical questions related to my chemistry internship. Things got a bit quiet, so I asked about the work environment and training, which they seemed to appreciate. I got a call back the following week offering me a position to start right away.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What's your experience level with GC-MS?
  • How skilled are you in wet chemistry techniques?
