I applied for a Manager role. First, I had an initial HR interview. Then, they asked me to travel to their Headquarters for the next steps, and I had to cover my own travel expenses. After that, I had another interview with HR, the manager, and the general manager. During this interview, the GM requested a research project and also asked for details on professional contacts who could be helpful to the company. Once I completed and submitted the research project, the manager asked me to find contacts for them and to reach out to companies on their behalf, assessing my ability to get responses. Despite applying for a Manager position, and after undergoing three interviews and covering my own travel expenses, completing a research project, and providing professional contacts, they offered me an internship for 2-3 months.

Behavioral Technical Case

The first stage of the interview is a 3-hour session. The first hour is a briefing about the company's background to give you a clearer picture of the company's nature. The next 2 hours are an assessment with interview questions designed for new candidates. Overall, the interview is organised and systematic. It's one of the most challenging interviews for a fresh graduate, but it was fun and a good learning experience.

This place will ghost you after a final round interview, it's extremely unprofessional. I was on my third round interview with this company and they didn't even have the decency to answer me back. At the end of my final interview, I was told someone would reach out the next week. It never happened so I checked in 10 days later. HR literally ghosted me and won't respond. I can confirm with all the other reviews that it's clear they don't understand how things are done in the states. Stay away.
