I had one group interview, and I met with some of the team members. The questions were pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. They seemed to be impressed when I mentioned wanting to grow with the company and also when I said I stay updated on company news.

Behavioral Technical Other

Submitted application, resume, and cover letter. The application was denied after completing a 45-minute cognitive assessment (personality and cognitive ability) and a formal interview. This happened because of an uncommunicated 3.8 GPA requirement. Also, received a rejection for a different role before the deadline to finish the cognitive assessment stage. Seems like a decent company, but the processes appear shaky and disorganized, with high, poorly communicated requirements. The GPA requirement is a lot considering other candidate factors and GPA variations.
