Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Seyfarth Shaw.
Paralegal
I interviewed with partners and associates, and there was also a Chinese translation test. It took about 1-2 weeks to get an offer. The partners and associates were friendly, but it seems like the job requirements are pretty high given the amount of work involved.
- What personal qualities do you have that fit this role?
Paralegal
The interviewers were a panel of two people and they were very easy to chat with. They asked me questions to understand me better and what I could bring to the paralegal role. The interview was in person at the law firm. I felt very at ease and it was easy to talk to them.
- What do you see yourself achieving in the next five years?
Paralegal
The interview process was well-organized. I got to talk to a few people in different roles at the firm. Everyone seemed real in their answers and it felt like a good place to work overall.
- Can you share your relevant experience?
- What would you say are your strongest skills?
- What makes you want to work here?
