Their hiring process was pretty lengthy but is similar to any other company. I met them at a career fair and was scheduled for the first round of interviews. There was an info session/meet and greet the day before so you could meet the interviewers. The interview was the basic behavioral and resume run through. Once you move on it’s a personality test and if you make it through that then you go to their location(s) for on-site interviews - I had 4 or 5 back to back. The biggest thing for the final round of interviews is to make sure it’s not the generic interview. It should be a more get to know them and vice versa because they’re trying to figure out if they can actually work with you.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a phone interview pretty fast. Then, I interviewed with two HR people and passed that to take an IQ test. I didn't like the test but I guess I did okay cause I got to interview at the dealership. I had two interviews there that were each an hour long. I did notice they mentioned Sewell likes to hire recent college grads a lot, which made me feel a little insecure since I'm middle-aged. I liked everyone I met though, they seemed pretty organized. I ended up getting a voicemail saying they were going with other people and thanks for my time.

Behavioral Technical

I met them at the school career fair, and they mentioned they had interviews, though you didn't necessarily have to get an offer. The first round was a basic face-to-face interview, mostly asking about my past experiences. The next round involved a personal and aptitude test. The third round included a company tour and some other things I'm not sure about. I didn't advance to the third round after the second one.
