They had a lot of interviews happening super fast, like dozens a day. It didn't take too long though and the questions seemed pretty well thought out. They mostly seemed to care about whether they liked you as a person.

After applying on campus, the hiring process has 3 parts. First, there's a 1-on-1 interview on campus. Building a connection with the interviewer is key here; if you can't have a smooth conversation like you're becoming good friends, you won't move on. Also, think of a unique question to ask them so they remember you. If you pass, you'll get invited to a Personality/Aptitude test. They say you can't prep for it, but that's false. Take practice aptitude tests online to get an edge. The Sewell Aptitude test has 3 sections: Numerical Reasoning (Patterns), Mathematical Reasoning (easy math word problems), and Verbal Reasoning (True, False, Not enough information). For the personality test, answer with what you think the company looks for, not necessarily honestly, as that might prevent you from moving on. You'll also answer yes or no to 60 occupations; again, consider the personalities of people in those jobs when answering. If you score high enough on the aptitude test and answer the personality test correctly, you reach the final stage. This is the most intense part. They're invested in you now, and it's your job to seal the deal. I interviewed with 6 managers 1-on-1 for about 3 hours. Be high-energy and don't look tired; they want to see if you can maintain your energy. Be on time and wear full formal. Maintain eye contact and sit up straight to look like you belong. They respond quickly between steps, usually 2-3 days or sooner.

After submitting an application, a recruiter will invite you to an informational session and offer a 1:1 interview (responded to me the following day, but might take longer typically). Following the 1:1 interview, if offered, you will complete an aptitude and personality test (they notify you by the end of the day if you have passed the first round). Aptitude and personality test (will notify you if you move on to the third round usually a week after you take the test). If you pass the aptitude and personality test, you will be invited to go to one of their locations and do back-to-back interviews with managers around 2 weeks following the test. The hiring process itself takes about a month, but final decisions can cause the process to take a total of 2 months. All of these interviews were in-person.
