I talked to a recruiter. They weren't very nice and seemed bored. The interview was really short and easy. The interviewer asked about my schedule and told me to watch for callback emails. After that, they sent me several emails saying I didn't get an offer. The emails also had mistakes and referred to a summer program from a few years ago, which felt weird and unprofessional.

I applied during OCI season at my school. Due to COVID, the interview occurred by videoconference. The interviewer, an associate, started the interview asking if I had any questions. It was clear that the interviewer was not interested in even conducting an interview. We talked briefly about my experience but there was clearly no chance for me to progress.
