I talked to a recruiter. They weren't very nice and seemed bored. The interview was really short and easy. The interviewer asked about my schedule and told me to watch for callback emails. After that, they sent me several emails saying I didn't get an offer. The emails also had mistakes and referred to a summer program from a few years ago, which felt weird and unprofessional.

It was a pretty good interview process. They really tried to get a good gauge on how I performed at my previous company. It wasn't overly technical, but they did dive into situations and ask how I would approach solving them. They also asked some networking and server backend questions to understand if I know the basic troubleshooting steps for those areas.

I had a short screening call with an HR recruiter. They confirmed my interest and willingness to commit to a two-year paralegal role if hired. Then, they scheduled my interviews with the practice group members. I went to the firm one afternoon and met with several people from the group, including partners, associates, and other paralegals. Everyone was really nice, and the interviews weren't intense at all.

I had a screening interview with a partner and then a callback interview. The callback had four zoom sessions, with two partners and an associate. They offered me a callback just a few hours after the screener. Most of the questions were about my past jobs, and I got to ask a lot of questions too.
