I got an email about this job and thought it would be a one-on-one interview, but it ended up being three people! They said it was because of the job itself and that the other two were already doing the same work. The interview felt good and took a while. They asked about my past jobs, and I asked about the company vibe. I left feeling positive. But then, the next day, a recruiter from a different place told me I didn't get the job. Even though I'm super qualified with the right degree, I was turned down. It makes me wonder about the real company culture. Was it personal, like my race, or did I just not fit the mold of what the company looks like? Maybe it's for the best and wasn't meant to be. The interviewers seemed nice, but you never really know what's going on behind the scenes.

great no complaints. very thorough. Friendly staff welcome you into the building. You are then brought to the common area where a PD or an area director will sit down and interview you before deciding whether they are going to make you an offer.

It was a group interview, and the panel was generally friendly and not intimidating. The interview questions were pretty typical, focusing on behavioral and experience questions. The whole process took about 30 minutes, and I didn't have to wait long to start.
