The interview process was good and engaging. It started with a recruiter call to confirm I passed the CV stage. Then, a Teams interview where I had to give a 10-minute presentation and answer behavioral questions. They were clear about the timeline and next steps. I got another call saying I didn't get the first role, but they offered me an informal interview with another team for a more suitable role. This second interview was similar, more about me personally, and again, next steps were clear. I got the alternative role, and onboarding was smooth. They even honored my salary expectations from the first role for this one. It's a credit to the interviewers given how busy the teams are.
