Inside Sales Representative
I applied online for the Inside Sales Representative role. The whole process took a bit over a week, and I had my interviews in May 2017. It all went pretty smoothly. I sent in my application on a Saturday, and by Monday, a recruiter was already in touch. After some assessments, we set up a phone interview for that Thursday. The recruiter asked me about my past experience and jobs. She also went into more detail about the role and explained the benefits. Unfortunately, a few days later, she let me know the position was on hold, and they'd apparently chosen someone else. It was a bummer, but I really appreciated getting the feedback so I wasn't left guessing. The recruiter was super professional and kept me updated throughout. Most places aren't that considerate.

Inside Sales
The interview process started with an online IQ test, which I had to take again when I arrived for the first in-person interview. There was a basic HR interview where they asked about my past experience and my reasons for wanting the position. I was then scheduled for a second interview. During this interview, the hiring manager explained that it's a really difficult position and asked if I could handle getting 50 emails a day. They described the office as having a 'warrior mentality,' but honestly, it felt more like they were struggling to stay afloat. I decided not to accept the offer and I'm really glad I didn't make a career mistake by joining them.
- How did you discover this job opening?
Sales Representative
The recruiter reached out multiple times about an assessment, and even though I initially didn't respond, she was very persistent about me taking it and then interviewing. The process involved a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview, which seemed to go well. However, for the third interview, it was rescheduled twice. Then, they scheduled it to overlap with a company meeting the CEO was in. The CEO came out, told me I'd have to wait until he was done, and at that point, I decided I wasn't interested anymore and left. I don't appreciate being begged to interview and then experiencing such disorganization and disregard for my time. I wouldn't want to work for a company that operates like that.
