Had two quick interviews. First was a screening, basically just getting to know you. Second was more standard interview questions like problems you've faced and how you solved them. They talked about compensation, pushing a 100% commission salary option. It involves door-to-door sales, which they didn't really mention upfront. The interviewer had a list of questions, wrote down my answers, and rated me 1-5. I could see their notes and ratings. It wasn't super professional. Might be okay for someone wanting to move up, but probably not great if you have a degree.

Got contacted via email, maybe they scraped my resume somewhere. Had a super quick chat with someone named "John", like two minutes. Then they set up an in-person interview. During the interview, they were hyping up how I'd meet leaders of Fortune 500 companies. I was already suspicious. Asked about pay, and they held off until the end to drop the bomb: COMMISSION ONLY. Seriously? After doing the math, even hitting their minimum weekly accounts would only net $30k pre-tax, which is not realistic for a new grad. When they extended an offer, it was for a different role than the one I interviewed for, same day, claiming the original one was already filled. How does that even happen? This whole thing feels like a scam, should've trusted the other reviews.
