First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Servier.
Product Manager
I went through several rounds of interviews, talking with business unit heads. There was also a case study round where I had to come up with strategies and marketing materials for a specific brand in the CVS therapy area.
- What strategies would you use to ensure your sales and field teams remain motivated to boost sales for an existing brand?
Product Manager
The interview process was long, spanning over 4 months, due to the extensive number of interviews required. It involved HR, marketing, and team leaders from both the country and regional levels. Some of these interviews were quite interesting, while others felt like a mere checkbox exercise.
- Can you tell me about your experience relevant to this role?
- Could you walk me through a clinical case using your real-life experience and scientific knowledge of the relevant pathology?
Associate Product Manager
They were very friendly and meticulous. They stuck to the schedule. I was treated very well. They first contacted me by phone, and then I met with supervisors twice and then with different managers.
- The usual questions, plus an assessment at the end
