Started with a greeting and a self-introduction based on the resume, which should take about 5 minutes. Then, the two interviewers presented the company. After that, they asked me questions about my studies, current job, why I want this job, and why I'm interested in this company. I then had the opportunity to ask my own questions. Finally, we said goodbye.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was very fast. I had the last interview with the medical director, and these were the questions asked: - are you married - do you have children - are you engaged - what are protected categories and which one do you belong to. I found the interview to be humanly degrading, with completely illegal questions about my family. They made me have an in-person interview and I've been waiting for expense reimbursement for over a month now. I don't think it will ever come.

I was called by someone the first time. I told them I was busy and we scheduled an interview for the next day at 10 am. The day came, they didn't call me (even though I was ready). It's okay. 2 days later, they call me for an interview right away without any prior appointment and without apologizing for the previous time. They told me I had 13 minutes to introduce myself as they had another appointment afterwards. I was surprised and started introducing myself. It seems like this person doesn't understand IT much and asks questions about keywords from the job description as they are, without understanding what they mean. I'm sure this is a recruitment company. Because I don't think a company like Servier has an HR department that behaves this way. You really need to choose your partners carefully. No respect and no professionalism.
