So, this was a frustrating experience. The recruiters didn't seem to care much about the application process. My second interview had to be delayed, and the third interview also had to be moved a few days because the hiring manager was supposedly sick. Then I had a final interview. After four rounds, they didn't even bother to tell me I didn't get the job; I had to email them myself to find out. I think it's ridiculous that after the third interview, which involved two sales managers for an hour, they couldn't tell if I was a good fit. They also need to organize their hiring managers better; the one in the third round didn't even let me ask questions because he had to leave. I get it's an employer's market, but we put a lot of time and effort into these applications. The whole process took over two weeks and a lot of my time. No professionalism at all. I won't recommend this company, and I'll tell others to stay away because of the lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat candidates, I can't imagine what it's like internally.

It was okay, I had a screening call, then talked to the sales VP, and then I heard back that I didn't get the job. It was pretty smooth and they responded quickly.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an initial general interview, then they moved me to a second one. The first interview was fine, but the second interview was pretty bad. The interviewer had low professionalism, didn't turn on his camera, and didn't seem to be listening. He told me to learn more about the SDR role and think about going through rejection, even though I mentioned rejection multiple times and knew about the role and company. He also repeatedly said the tech space is going through tough times, which wasn't inspiring. He set up a cold call exercise and said 'nobody gets this', which seemed designed for candidates to fail. Finally, he said they would get back to me no matter what, but they never did.
